Reducing the Impact of Viral Hemorrhagic Septicemia Virus Project
This project represents new collaboration between the UW and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, Division of Fisheries, to develop new tools to combat viral hemorrhagic septicemia virus (VHSV), a highly destructive novel virus that threatens Wisconsin's fisheries. The goal is to develop new diagnostic methods and epidemiological tools for predicting and preventing the spread of VHSV throughout Wisconsin's waters.
Outcomes
