Wisconsin Congressional "Energy Update" on Capitol Hill
On July 10, 2013 the Wisconsin Energy Institute (WEI) hosted an energy briefing in Washington, D.C., in collaboration with Wisconsin legislative staff to showcase Wisconsin's role in energy policies and issues that are being discussed nationally. Wisconsin Distinguished Professor of Engineering Physics Michael Corradini, professor of bacteriology, as well as Tim Donohue, Director of the Great Lakes Bioenergy Research Center (GLBRC), were among WEI leaders who discussed energy-related research at UW-Madison.
