UW-Madison Math Circle
The Math Circle is a weekly meeting for middle and high-school students in which a professor or mathematics graduate student introduces the group to a creative and interesting idea in mathematics. Previous topics have included "Making Taffy with the Golden Mean," "Origami," and "The Game of Nim."
Outcomes
The most tangible outcome is getting middle and high school students excited about interesting and creative mathematical ideas.
