TED-Ed: What are Stem Cells?
This collaborative effort in stem cell education for teachers throughout the state — in fact, for the nation and world — was published on Sept. 10, 2013, by ted.com in collaboration with scientists and staff from the UW-Madison Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine Center. The program's producer is Craig Kohn, a teacher in Agriculture, Biology and Environmental Science at Waterford Union High School in Waterford, Wisconsin. Craig graduated in May 2013 with a degree in Agricultural Science - Agricultural Education and a degree in Education - Biology. He also has teaching licenses in Agricultural Education, Biology and Environmental Science.
Outcomes
The site has so far had 142,862 views and 4,427 questions answered from students, teachers and the public.
