The Wisconsin Idea in Action

Personalized Learning in Action

Schools in Wisconsin are national leaders in using learning technologies to personalize the student experience in and out of the classroom. The Personalized Learning in Action project is a collaboration between the research team of Rich Halverson in the UW-Madison School of Education and the Institute@CESA 1, a regional group committed to improving teaching and learning through personalization. The project will document the technology, data-driven and pedagogical practices that matter to improve learning - in the district, the school and the classroom - of a range of public schools in the state.
