WisconsinFirstNations.org addresses educator and administrator need for authentic and accurate PK-12 resources to address Wisconsin academic standards and enhance student understanding of Wisconsin Native cultures and communities.
Outcomes
WisconsinFirstNations.org contains a rich collection of educational materials: educator professional development resources; lesson plans; learning tools for classrooms and libraries; and a large video library. These authentic and accurate PK-12 resources address Wisconsin academic standards and enhance student understanding of Wisconsin Native cultures and communities. Google Analytics from June 2018 revealed that, since its start in Nov 2017, WisconsinFirstNations.org has had more than 30,000 new users and more than 65,000 page views.
