Symposium on Non-Carbon-Emitting Energy Options for Wisconsin
This May 8-9, 2006 symposium, held at Monona Terrace, was designed to reach legislators, agency personnel, consulting firms and private citizens. It was organized by Professor Erhard Joeres with partnership from the Energy Center of Wisconsin, and attended by more than 160 persons. Co-sponsors included the Office of the Chancellor, College of Engineering, Engineering Physics department, Nelson Institute and the S.C. Johnson Fund.
Outcomes
The College of Engineering Mediasite has had considerable traffic of persons viewing the streaming video presentations. The Wisconsin Legislative Council, in particular, asked how to access the streaming videos.
