Radiation Oncology Outreach Clinics
One of the the primary missions of the Department of Human Oncology is to extend its faculty's expertise in the areas of patient care, research, education and service across the state of Wisconsin. This mission is most clearly exemplified by the establishment of a network of academic and administrative relationships with hospitals and radiation oncology practices throughout the region, through which the department's physicians bring leading edge clinical research and patient care to communities that might otherwise lack such resources and access. UW-Madison's Radiation Oncology Outreach Clinics operate within several locations throughout the state, including Beloit, Johnson Creek, Madison (two locations) and Wisconsin Rapids. These clinics provide state-of-the-art clinical care for cancer patients throughout Wisconsin.
