Center for Women's Health Research
The UW-Madison Center for Women's Health Research (CWHR) began as one of the federally designated a National Center of Excellence in Women's Health by the U.S. Public Health Service's Office on Women's Health. The mission of the CWHR is to improve the health of all women through leadership in research, education, clinical care, community partnership and advocacy. The office serves as a catalyst for developing national and regional initiatives to improve women's health.
